The Global Education Cluster Helpdesk provides timely remote assistance to the technical coordination and information management questions and requests for support. This includes sharing appropriate resources, tools and guidance, or redirecting the request to an expert for further assistance. The Helpdesk can be reached through email or Skype. The Helpdesk supports requests in English, French and Arabic.
The Helpdesk provides remote assistance to cluster/working group coordination staff, including coordinators, information management officers, cluster support officers, regional/global advisors who provide technical assistance to country coordination mechanisms.
The Helpdesk is online from 9am-5:30pm CET and strives to acknowledge all requests within 24 hours.
